Here at Medtel Services we strive to offer top quality products that are engineered to perform for many years contributing to our legacy of providing goods and services that are reliable and are long lasting. There are, however, times when a product has come to the end of its useful life due to component obsolescence, hardware / software compatibility issues, modern solutions, etc. To that end, we are publishing this Announcement of Manufacturer Discontinuance notice regarding the Medtel ISM Product Line.
Medtel Services is offering the following regarding IRISnGEN, NetPath, SEB, and related components or software:
1. Medtel is offering a “Last Time Purchase” on NetPath devices for as long as manufacturing can produce them, or until current inventory is depleted.
2. All existing maintenance contracts will be honored.
3. Sustaining support will be offered throughout the remainder of this year.
4. No further development of hardware or software will be available.
